These are draft terms for the Hitched soft-launch beta. By joining the beta and accepting on-site help, you agree to the following. Final, counsel-reviewed terms will be published before the full app launches.
The beta service
Hitched is testing an on-demand boat-ramp help service on the Intracoastal Waterway. During the beta, help is provided free of charge. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.
Assumption of risk
Boating, launching, and retrieving involve inherent risks. Help is provided by independent helpers. By participating you acknowledge these risks and agree to the beta participation waiver presented at signup. (Placeholder — final waiver language pending legal/insurance review.)
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information about your boat, trailer, and vehicle. Be present and reachable when receiving help. Treat helpers with respect.
Changes
We may update or end the beta at any time. We’ll post material changes here.
